Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers in men, and early detection is crucial for successful treatment. It is challenging for the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer due to the complex nature of the disease. In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has shown promise in improving the accuracy of prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment planning. This special issue focuses on the intersection of AI and prostate cancer, examining the ways in which AI is being used to improve diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
