Placing three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis (IPP) is recognized as the gold standard treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED), upon failure of medical therapy, by the international guidelines. IPPs shows high patient satisfaction rates. Penile prosthesis implantation brings more than adequate results as a last option of therapy.
